Purexa™-A

Differentiated from conventional, diffusion-limited resin products, Purexa™-A columns capture mAbs directly from the fluid as it flows through the macroporous membrane structure. The result is that Purexa™-A columns can operate at flow rates over a hundred times faster than resin columns, while maintaining dynamic binding capacities that rival the best resin products on the market. It enables end-users to reduce purification time significantly. Purexa™-A can be used for multiple cycles.

Purexa-MQ

Purexa™-MQ incorporates a proprietary ligand combining cationic and hydrophobic interaction groups. It operates over a broad range of buffer conditions where conventional anion-exchange products fail. Examples include 1X Phosphate Buffered Saline (1XPBS), Trisbase buffer with up to 200 mM NaCl, buffer with 0.1-0.5 M L-arginine, and many others. Our membranes also have high selectivity towards aggregates, and efficiently remove HCP, DNA, and virus particle impurities.  The combination of high density proprietary ligands and a large macroporous structure enables high binding capacity for virus purification (e.g. vectors and vaccines). Purexa™-MQ can be used for multiple cycles.
